There’s a new Teochew restaurant that also serves dim sum in Bukit Timah! Fu Yuan Teochew Dining has opened its second outlet at Greenwood Avenue, tucked along a row of shophouses. It is interesting to find a full fledged Chinese restaurant here where one would commonly find cafes and European restaurants.
