My absolute favorite way to make pork chops, and always has been! Pork chops with cherry peppers are a family favorite and couldn’t be easier! I season both sides with some salt and pepper and a little flour, sear in some olive oil then add some onions (sometimes I swap the onions for garlic) deglaze with a little white wine and then add in a little stock and as many pickled cherry peppers as your heart desires and let it simmer about 10 minutes.
