Among many things Yoga provides us with Skill development “Asana” - the physical practice of improving our connection to this physical body. Like every other skill, beginners are timid, intermediates are impatient, and advanced practitioners lose interest. Every stage of practice has its challenges. Seeking the right support, discipline, inspiration (respectively in order) is key at every phase. As a teacher my aim is to provide all levels experiences which means each class must include the appr
