I wrote this a while ago in response to a patient being told he had to be tortured in therapy and when that didn’t work - the therapist just tapped out after a few weeks and substituted with one of those stupid static progressive/ dynamic braces. I have found it is far easier to place blame a splint and non compliant patient than look at yourself and see how you could improve your approach to treating stiff wrists and elbows.
