In 2014, I was working with Dave Stockton Jr on my putting. We addressed two areas: 1. Switch putters 😂 2. Have a trigger. The same goes for in full swing, we don’t typically want to be idle because it leaves room for tension and over thinking. This is why we see golfers waggle their club before taking the club back or even re-grip the club to get out any last second tension. Same goes for putting. My trigger is a press forward and then let it go. I even rehearse it in between putts in this vid
