The kids were requesting their favorite snack again, spam musubi. I decided to put a little twist in it and wrap it with a spring roll rice paper wrap and then fry it. This was really good and the whole fam enjoyed it. It gives a nice texture to the outside almost like biting into a fried dumpling. Step by step instructions in the video. Ingredients posted below.
