🌶️✨ Thai chili peppers are some of my favorite peppers to dry. They’re small, thin-walled, and dry out easily, which makes them perfect for turning into homemade chili flakes later! At the end of the season, right before frost, I cut the whole plant at the base and hang it upside down in the kitchen. It’s a simple DIY way to preserve the harvest, and it doubles as décor while the peppers dry! ✅ After a few weeks, the peppers are crisp enough to pulse in a food processor for homemade chili flake
