🌫️🚨 Dense Fog Turns Deadly on Merced County Road 🚨🌫️ Early Friday morning, a horse was killed after being struck by a vehicle on Bloss Road during extremely dense fog, according to the California Highway Patrol. Visibility was limited to about 50 feet, leaving the driver little time to react after encountering two horses in the roadway. One horse died from its injuries; the second was not injured and was secured by a nearby resident. ⚠️ CHP is reminding drivers: slow down, use low beams, and
