Pickled Pike Recipe Below 👇🏼 First you’ll need 6-8lbs of pike, bluegill, or any white fillet fish cut into small bite sized squares. 🐟 (Frozen fish works as well) Place your fish in a large glass bowl, then add: 1/2 Cup of Kosher Salt Cover fish completely with water. Leave in refrigerator for up to 7 days. Next, you’ll drain the fish and rinse with cold water. 💧 Following the rinse, cover your fish with white vinegar and place in refrigerator for 12-16 hours. Finally, you’ll drain the vineg
