Jan 3, 2025 · KIRKSVILLE, Mo. & Ottumwa, Ia — A new weather system is forming to our west and is expected to be a winter storm by the weekend. In anticipation of this storm, the National Weather Service has issued winter storm watches for all of northern and central Missouri, central Illinois, and extreme southern Iowa.

Jan 3, 2025 · KIRKSVILLE, Mo. — The City of Kirksville has declared a snow emergency ahead of this weekend's winter storm. In a press release, the city says the snow emergency is set to begin at 8 p.m. Saturday. All vehicles parked on designated emergency snow routes, including the streets in downtown Kirksville, must be moved before that time.
