Following testimony, Judge Beverly Cannone will hold a hearing on defense expert witnesses who found that John O’Keefe’s injuries weren’t consistent with being hit by a vehicle.

The jury is expected to hear a half day of witness testimony on Monday. Jurors will be sent home at lunch to facilitate a voir dire hearing for two accident reconstruction experts testifying for Read’s defense.

Jurors will return to the courtroom for week 2 of witness testimony in the Karen Read retrial. Accident reconstruction experts are set to be questioned on Monday. Those witnesses will not appear in front of the jury today.
