Four people are dead after a shooter opened fire at Anaconda’s Owl Bar at approximately 10:30 a.m. on Aug. 1, 2025, according to a press release from the Montana Department of Justice.

Police are looking for Michael Paul Brown, 45, who's wanted for allegedly shooting four people in The Owl Bar in the small town of Anaconda, Montana.

Authorities have identified the four fatal victims of the mass shooting at a Montana bar as they continue to search for the murder suspect.
