The Los Angeles Waves are getting a shot at redemption because Running Point is coming back for Season 2! Just one week after the Kate Hudson and Mindy Kaling basketball team-up hit Netflix, the streaming service has given the green light for Kaling and the other writers to get to work on the second season.

Netflix is giving Running Point fans exactly what they asked for: another season! After tons of buzz and viewer requests, the streamer officially announced on Thursday, March 6, that the Mindy Kaling-created dramedy has been renewed for a second season.
