Wendy’s unprovoked beef with Katy Perry after her Blue Origin flight went too far, according to a source close to the situation

On Thursday, just a few days after Wendy's suggested that Katy Perry should be sent back to space after her trip with Jeff Bezos' space tourism company Blue Origin, the fast-food chain is now claiming to have respect for the pop icon.

As part of Blue Origin’s all-female flight crew, Perry got the chance to view Earth from outer space when she joined journalist Gayle King, film producer Kerianne Flynn, civil rights activist Amanda Nguyen, aerospace engineer Aisha Bowe and journalist Lauren Sánchez, who is also Jeff Bezos’ fiancée, for the once in a lifetime trip.
