Day 1 of the 2025 NFL Draft is in the books. We had plenty of expected picks early on: Cam Ward to the Titans, Abdul Carter to the Giants, Will Campbell to the Patriots, Ashton Jeanty to the Raiders and Armand Membou to the Jets.

Jalen Milroe had himself a great career at Alabama, compiling a 21-6 record and putting together a couple of seasons in which he threw for a ton and used his legs a ton. There were folks who wondered if he was a Heisman Trophy snub, and now he's a snub of a different kind as one of the two players left in the NFL Draft green room.

Alabama Crimson Tide quarterback Jalen Milroe could be among the first players to hear his name called during the second round, at least if the latest NFL mock drafts are any indication. Milroe and Shedeur Sanders are the top quarterbacks waiting to be selected heading into the second night of the draft.
