Sheldon Wetherholt said he doesn’t know Marcos Lopez and claimed his only role was setting up LLCs for the business at the center of the illegal gambling investigation.

Osceola County Sheriff Marcos Lopez was arrested and taken into custody Thursday morning. An Osceola County Sheriff's Office spokesperson confirmed the arrest, as did Kissimmee Mayor Jackie Espinoza. Neither individual had information on the nature of the charges Lopez is facing.
