The Yankees played Sinatra’s "That's Life" instead of the usual "New York, New York" on the loudspeakers after Sunday's 4-0 defeat.

Breaking with another longstanding tradition, the club will stop playing Frank Sinatra’s “Theme From New York, New York” after losses at Yankee Stadium, a team spokesman confirmed on Sunday. The anthem had previously played after the final out of both wins and losses, but now a rotation of songs will be played after losing efforts.

The Yankees’ changes won’t be limited to the roster and staff. The team is also making adjustments to its tradition of playing Frank Sinatra’s song after losses.
