Starbucks is rolling back its work-from-home mandate even further, asking senior leadership employees to be in the office four times per week. The beverage retail company, which had been operating under a three-day in-office work week, expects this new policy to be implemented during its next fiscal year, scheduled to begin in October.

In an open letter to Starbucks employees, CEO Brian Niccol announced Monday that more workers will be required to relocate to the company’s offices in Seattle or Toronto.
