The Los Angeles Lakers officially welcomed Luka Doncic to the franchise. During his opening press conference, Doncic talked about Lakers legend Kobe Bryant and his daughter, Gigi Bryant.

Kobe Bryant once talked smack in Slovenian to Luka Doncic at a Lakers game with Gigi by his side. That's what makes his shout out even more meaningful.

Luka Doncic was playing at Staples Center on Dec. 29, 2019 when he heard a fan heckling him from behind in Slovenian. He turned around to find out that the fan in the first row was none other than Kobe Bryant.
