After quietly beginning to grow its ranks here last year, KW Commercial is beginning to see some traction locally with its first closed deal and others in the works.

Celek has acquired five industrial properties in the past year in the West Chester area as he leans into commercial real estate. "The best part about real estate is owning it," Celek said.
