The Denver Broncos executed a batch of roster moves after securing the AFC's No. 1 seed in last week's win over the Chargers. Denver announced Wednesday that it signed center Michael Deiter, offensive tackle Geron Christian, and tight end Marcedes Lewis to the practice squad.
As the top seed, the Broncos will receive a first-round bye in the 2025 playoffs and will host their first playoff game of the year in the Divisional Round on Saturday, Jan. 17 or Sunday, Jan. 18 at Empower Field at Mile High.
The Broncos came out on top 19-3 in Week 18 against the Los Angeles Chargers, though their performance wasn't all that convincing. Denver finished with 240 total yards despite L.A. resting some key veterans with an eye toward Wild Card Weekend. Quarterback Bo Nix failed to hit 200 passing yards for the second straight week.
