The rain and snow in the morning will be light and spotty. Sunday afternoon: The storm will intensify, with any rain quickly turning into snow between 1 and 3 p.m.
AccuWeather: The forecast is calling for snow to start at 8 a.m., Sunday, Feb. 22, and run through 5 a.m., Monday, Feb. 23. New Castle County is expected to receive 1 to 3 inches. Kent County is expected to receive 2 to 4 inches. Sussex County is expected to receive 3 to 6 inches.
