Interstate 5 reopened Saturday after being closed for hours following a police pursuit that began in Buena Park and ended with an officer-involved shooting near Camp Pendleton in Oceanside.

Freeway through Grapevine is included in an updated flood watch released by the National Weather Service on Friday at 11:46 p.m. The watch is in effect until Saturday Nov. 15, at 10 p.m.
