The cast of Peacemaker season 2 has tentatively revealed what's next for the 11th Street Kids after their world-saving exploits in the show's debut installment.

Peacemaker season 2 has lost its perfect 100% score on Rotten Tomatoes as more reviews are counted, but the series remains filmmaker James Gunn's highest-rated superhero project on the review aggregator.

"Peacemaker" season 2 is set to drop on August 21, and early reviews for the new season are all saying the same thing.

Cena, 48, who recently revealed his plans to retire from professional wrestling, portrays the titular character of the HBO series. He first appeared as Chris Smith in Gunn's 2021 film, Suicide Squad. Gunn reportedly wrote the script for the series while filming the movie.
