Danny Jansen hit a two-run homer to cap Tampa Bay’s six-run sixth inning and the Rays came back to beat the Mets 7-5 on Friday night and snap New York’s six-game winning streak.

However, the momentum was tempered Thursday when ace Kodai Senga exited early in the sixth inning due to a strained right hamstring. Senga, who has an MLB ‑best 1.47 ERA, delivered 5.2 scoreless innings, allowing just one hit and five strikeouts, before collapsing after covering first base on a routine grounder.

Senga was removed in the sixth inning of Thursday’s game against the Nationals at Citi Field with an apparent right hamstring injury.

Senga suffered a hamstring strain and will head to the injured list.
